What we do with what you send us.

This notice covers this website only. The Nubar application has its own notice, which covers customer accounts, and which you can read when you enrol.

Who is responsible

Nubar Technology Ltd, registered in England and Wales, is the data controller for information submitted through this site. Contact hello@nubar.uk about anything on this page.

This site sets no cookies

There is no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. We count page visits in aggregate, without cookies and without anything that identifies an individual device.

The register interest form

If you fill in the form on the operators page we collect what you type: your name, email address, organisation, your role, and whatever you tell us about your machines and what troubles you about them. A phone number only if you give one.

Why. To reply to you, and to understand the market we are building for. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically our interest in developing a product and yours in hearing back from a company you contacted. It is a business-to-business enquiry rather than consumer marketing.

How long. Until you ask us to delete it, or until it stops being useful, which for enquiries of this kind we treat as three years from the last time we spoke.

Who sees it. Nobody outside Nubar. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. It is stored on infrastructure in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area.

The submission to the Department

The button on the vending ban page downloads a document to your device and opens your own email application with a message already written. Nothing is sent to Nubar, and nothing is sent anywhere at all until you press send in your own email application. We do not receive a copy and we do not know whether you sent it.

Documents you download

The submission and the coalition statement are ordinary file downloads. We do not record who downloads them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email hello@nubar.uk and we will deal with it within a month, usually far sooner.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you told us first so we can put it right.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it.
